SENPACKAGING is operated by Xuchang Lubajiu Trading Co., LTD., based in China, as a B2B packaging and private-label partner. The website provides product information and inquiry tools; it does not offer online checkout or take payments.
This policy applies to information handled through our website and related inquiry services. You can contact us at senpackagingco@outlook.com about your information or this policy.
Information you provide
You may provide your name, email address or WhatsApp number, products of interest, project requirements and message when contacting us. We use these details to respond and discuss your project.
Feedback may include a project reference and your experience. Optional public identity fields are collected only if you choose publication permission. Please do not send identity document numbers, bank or payment account details, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through website messages or attachments.
If you select a free digital mockup in the contact form, a logo file is required: PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, up to 5 MB. We use the file to discuss and prepare the requested mockup. You may submit a general inquiry without requesting a mockup or uploading a logo.
You may also send optional project photos with feedback: up to 10 JPG, PNG or WebP files, with a combined limit of 10 MB. These attachments and mockup logos are delivered privately for review; submitting them does not upload them to the public website.
Standard inquiries and feedback require a name, working email or international WhatsApp number, and a message. Sourcing requests require a message and contact details; your name, quantity and target budget are optional. Public identity details, feedback photos and publication permission are optional.
A sourcing request may include a target price and currency and up to 5 reference images or short MP4 videos (PNG, JPG, WebP or MP4, 10 MB combined). These are sent privately with your request, are not published, and do not constitute an order or confirmed quotation. Unsent sourcing drafts stay in the current page memory and are lost when you leave or reload the page.
Browser storage and technical information
Your quote list uses local storage in your browser to remember products, quantities, specifications and customization selections. Adding an item does not send the list to us. The list is specific to that browser and website address; it is not a customer account and does not synchronize across devices. You can remove items or clear the website's data in your browser settings.
When you minimize the product-finding invitation or form, your browser stores the time to pause automatic invitations for 24 hours. A small button remains available to reopen it. This preference contains no request text or attachments and can be removed by clearing this website's browser data.
The search page also saves up to five recent search terms in your browser to help you repeat a search. Use Clear in Recent searches, or clear the website's browser data, to remove them. Search terms can also appear in the page address when you open a results link.
Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver and secure their services. The services are described below; information is retained according to its purpose, applicable legal requirements and the relevant service arrangements.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on this website. Embedded video and external communication services may process technical information as described below. We will update this policy if we enable analytics.
How information is used
We use inquiry details and artwork to answer questions, discuss product options, prepare requested mockups and private quotations, and follow up on your project. We use feedback and any attached photos to understand service issues and review the work described. Publication permission is handled separately from responding to your message.
The current website has no online checkout, customer account or automated credit or order-approval system. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Chinese law, including the Personal Information Protection Law. We process it only on a lawful basis, such as your informed and voluntary consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. A contractual basis applies only when its legal conditions are met.
For confirmed orders, delivery and insurance claims may require recipient contact and delivery details and relevant supporting evidence. Information shared with logistics providers or insurers must be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Where additional mandatory privacy requirements apply to a particular service or market, we will provide the required information and honor the applicable rights.
Client Feedback and publication permission
Feedback is private by default. Choosing not to grant publication permission does not prevent submission. Giving permission does not publish anything automatically.
Public feedback requires collaboration verification, explicit permission and manual approval. Contact details and internal order references are never part of the public record. Public name, country and project category remain optional; unprovided identity is anonymous.
You can request withdrawal of publication permission by emailing senpackagingco@outlook.com and identifying the feedback concerned. Withdrawal concerns future publication; it does not automatically erase information we need to handle your inquiry or records we are legally required to retain. Removal from the website cannot guarantee removal of copies already made by other people or search services.
Service providers and external channels
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our website form receiver sends your contact details, message, selected publication permissions and any accepted attachments through Resend to senpackagingco@outlook.com, our contact mailbox provided by Microsoft. These providers process the information needed to host the website and deliver our communications.
Website form attachments are intended for private email delivery, not for a public image library. The current form receiver does not create a customer account or save a submission to the website's product-management system. This does not mean that email providers keep no delivery records or copies.
WhatsApp, Instagram and email are separate communication services. Opening a WhatsApp inquiry link passes the prepared inquiry text to WhatsApp so you can review it before sending. Instagram cannot reliably prefill a direct message, so the website offers to copy the text for you to paste. Files selected in a website form are not automatically attached to either chat; you must attach them there yourself.
Some pages embed YouTube video using its privacy-enhanced player. When the player loads or is used, your browser connects to YouTube, which may process technical information under its own policies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no information reaches YouTube. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided before the relevant processing.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for the shortest time necessary for the purposes explained to you, unless a different retention period is required by law or administrative regulation. We delete information when it is no longer needed and applicable deletion requirements are met.
We generally retain ordinary customer inquiry information and attachments for six months. Records needed for ongoing orders, after-sales support, insurance claims or legal requirements may be retained for a different period, limited to what is necessary for that purpose. This does not mean that every email-provider or backup copy is deleted automatically at the same time.
We treat customer information and supplied artwork as confidential. Access and use are limited to people and service providers who need them for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We take reasonable protective measures; no online system can promise absolute security. Sending us a logo or project material does not give us permission to publish it.
You can request deletion by contacting senpackagingco@outlook.com. We will review the information concerned and applicable requirements, explain any lawful reason for retaining it, and address copies held by service providers under the arrangements that apply to them.
International processing
International processing means that personal information, such as contact details, messages, attachments or technical data, may be processed outside China or your country by our service providers. It is separate from the international shipment of physical goods and is not covered by cargo insurance.
Resend states that it stores customer data, including message content and delivery records, in the United States. Microsoft and other external communication or video providers may also process information in countries where they or their providers operate.
For any transfer subject to applicable personal-information transfer requirements, we will provide the required recipient information, obtain consent where required, and implement the relevant protection measures before the transfer takes place. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain uses, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to the competent personal-information protection authority. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any applicable restrictions or available complaint channels.
Send requests to senpackagingco@outlook.com, describing your request and the information concerned. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Please do not send identity documents unless requested through an agreed channel.
You can use direct contact channels instead of the website form and can clear local quote-list data through your browser.
Changes and contact
This policy is effective from 7 October 2026. We may update it as our services or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version and date on this page and provide further notice or obtain renewed consent where required by law.
