SENPACKAGING is operated by Xuchang Lubajiu Trading Co., LTD., based in China. It provides a B2B catalog for packaging and private-label project inquiries. Contact us at senpackagingco@outlook.com. These Terms govern the use of our website and inquiry services and describe our cancellation and shipping principles.
Catalog information
Product pages describe available options and listed minimum order quantities. Availability, customization and final specifications should be confirmed with us for your project.
Catalog photographs illustrate products and examples. Color and appearance may vary with screens, photography, materials and finishing. A digital mockup is a visual proposal; physical sample arrangements are discussed separately.
Please confirm the exact specification, units, available customization and minimum quantity for your selection in the written quotation. A catalog listing does not reserve stock or establish a delivery commitment.
Quotes and inquiries
Adding products to a quote list or sending a form is an inquiry, not an order or binding quotation. Prices are discussed privately.
Before proceeding, both sides should confirm product specifications, quantity, price, payment arrangements, production timing and delivery terms in writing. Contract formation and any order-specific terms require confirmation in the final documents.
Customization and samples
Tell us about your logo, sizes, colors and finishing requirements. Available customization varies by product.
A free mockup means a digital visual proposal, not a physical sample or production. Selecting that request in the contact form requires a logo file in PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF format, up to 5 MB. Any sample, artwork approval or production requirements must be agreed for the project.
Check spelling, logo placement, dimensions and other specifications before approving project artwork. Final materials, manufacturing tolerances, inspection arrangements and responsibility for approved artwork must be recorded in the project agreement.
Production, cancellations and delivery
Production and shipping are separate stages. Discuss your destination and schedule with us before confirming arrangements.
You may cancel a customized-product order before production begins and receive a full refund of payments made for that order. Please contact customer service promptly with your order reference if you need to cancel. After production begins, customized products are not refundable for a change of mind or other non-quality cancellation reason, subject to the rights described below.
This cancellation restriction does not exclude remedies for defective or non-conforming goods, our breach of an agreement, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us with the order reference, a description of the problem and relevant evidence so that we can review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy under the agreement and applicable law.
We use commercial couriers and cross-border logistics providers and arrange commercial cargo insurance for shipments. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly. We will assist with the claim, and you will need to provide reasonably necessary supporting material, such as photographs of the goods and packaging, delivery records or other evidence requested for the claim. Keep damaged goods and packaging where reasonably possible while the claim is reviewed.
Insurance coverage, limits, exclusions and claim requirements depend on the applicable policy and shipment arrangements. Insurance is not a guarantee that every loss will be paid in full and does not replace our obligations under the order agreement or applicable law. Refund processing time, production-start confirmation and shipment-specific arrangements must be recorded in the final order documents.
External communication
WhatsApp, Instagram and email provide alternative ways to discuss a project. These services have their own terms.
Website form success means our delivery provider accepted the message; it does not confirm inbox delivery, an order or acceptance of a project. If an error appears, your inquiry has not been confirmed as sent. You can retry or use a direct contact channel.
Your quote list is a browser-based convenience and may be lost when browser data is cleared or you use another device. It is not an order record. Review quantities, options and recipient before sending a prepared message. Files selected in a form must be attached separately if you continue in WhatsApp or Instagram.
Responsible use
Use the site and forms for legitimate product inquiries or feedback. Do not submit malicious code, interfere with the website, impersonate another person or send information you are not entitled to share.
Artwork and feedback
When sending logos, artwork or photographs, make sure you are entitled to provide them for the requested work, including any necessary permission from other rights holders or people shown. Providing material for an inquiry does not transfer its ownership to SENPACKAGING or grant permission to publish it as marketing content. Ownership and permission for project deliverables should be agreed separately.
Feedback remains private unless explicit permission, verification and manual approval allow publication. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details of how feedback is handled.
Applicable terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory law that applies or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
Please contact senpackagingco@outlook.com about a dispute. Dispute resolution will follow applicable legal procedures and any valid agreement between the parties. These Terms do not designate a specific court or arbitration institution or create an arbitration agreement.
Any order-specific agreement should be read together with these Terms. Nothing in an order-specific agreement or these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
These Terms are effective from 12 September 2026. We may update them by publishing a revised version and date on this page. An update does not by itself change an existing order agreement; any change to that agreement must follow its terms and applicable law.
